Derived from Sanskrit, “sattva” represents lucidity, lightness, happiness, tranquillity, and non-attachment. The term “kriya” signifies action that leads us to evolution, expansion, and liberation. Himalayan Breathwork is a powerful practice designed to create an evolutionary response, awakening, and transforming our energy at a physical, psychological, and spiritual level.
During our sessions, we engage in Kriyas, which combine repetitive movements, mantras, and breathwork to facilitate a moving meditation.
